Not Your Grandma’s Chicken Noodle Soup

The colder weather brings us inside.  There is nothing more hygge than a nice hot bowl of soup to help warm us up.

It is said that chicken soup is good for the soul.  Chicken soup is savory, nourishing, and can help you restore when you have been ill.

With a twist of spice, this is definitely not your grandma's chicken noodle soup!

Cinnamon Chicken Noodle Soup

Serves 8+

Basic Soup Base

Directions for the Soup Base

Combine chicken, onion, celery, bouillon, garlic, and water to cover the other ingredients about two inches above. Boil until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. De-bone the chicken. Shred or cut chicken into cubes, and add chicken back into broth.
