The Ditch the Stress, Invite the Calm 90 Day Victory Journey 2017 Challenge
- Rise early and feed your soul! Pray and study His word.
- Shower, Groom, and Make Bed.
- Exercise your body.
- Gather, Start Laundry, and Make Bed.
- Get a Great Breakfast, Dinner prep, and Do Dishes.
- Homeschool.
- Thirty Minute Power Clean.
The Rules
- This is a foundation on which to build and not icing on the cake to do if you find time.
- Keep a Victory list. Then return & report each day to the group.
- Do not talk to others about your challenge, just go quietly about doing it.
- If you mess up, just get up, brush yourself off and get moving forward.
- No social media during the essentials. Time wasters- Do not slow yourself down with surfing and net socializing or game playing. If your seven are done and you have some quiet time, fine. Just be aware that screens can delay action and victory.
